What is the Nurse Learning Exchange?
With support from the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, we've created the Nurse Learning Exchange to offer a vast collection of FREE courses to help you grow in your expertise, feel more confident in your career, and earn contact hours.
We’ve partnered with multiple nursing associations to make professional development more accessible than ever. The Nurse Learning Exchange is a growing collection of high-quality, free Nursing Continuing Professional Development (NCPD) courses designed to support nurses and nursing students at every stage of their career.
Registration for the Nurse Learning Exchange is now open through April 30, 2027. Newly enrolled participants will have access to courses for one year from their enrollment date.
Courses included in the Nurse Learning Exchange cover widely applicable topics such as entrepreneurship, human trafficking, leadership succession planning, oral health equity, and more.

Completion of all courses accumulates 64.15 NCPD contact hours.
