Tribute letters for outgoing president Dr. Sandra C. Garmon Bibb

As you know, Sandra C. Garmon Bibb will complete her term as Sigma President in November 2025. In honor of her leadership and service during the 2023-2025 biennium, we are creating a book of tribute letters. The book will be presented to her during the 2025 Biennial Convention.
