RN to BSN Scholarship

The scholarship is available for diploma or associate degree-prepared nurses enrolled in an accredited nursing school program with a Sigma chapter. Eligible applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's or higher degree in nursing and rank in the top 35% of their nursing class. The scholarship provides up to US$5,000 per year. (Membership in Sigma is not required but encouraged when eligible to receive an invitation from the chapter.)

Submission Requirements

• Most recent transcript from diploma or associate degree or school of nursing and proof of acceptance for the academic year that the scholarship is to be used from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bio sketch
• Essay outlining career goals, professional affiliations, and community service (maximum one page)
• At least two letters of support
