In this final webinar in the Creating Healthy Work Environments series, we highlight the importance of student and nurse well-being. Stress and fatigue are major concerns as nurses transition from student to professional nurses, and it’s negatively impacting overall nurse retention. In fact, a recent study showed that 75% of intensive care unit nurses from 23 countries expressed an intent to leave. We share important information to help students and nurses maintain well-being and develop professional relationships.
