Navigating Affirming Healthcare for LGBTQIA+ Migrants: Lessons Learned and Future Research

This session highlights findings from semi-structured individual interviews with LGBTQIA+ migrants who received care from nurses and other healthcare professionals (NHCPs) in Canada. Attendees will gain insights into how lessons learned from the Canadian context can inform more inclusive and culturally competent care practices globally, promoting better health outcomes for LGBTQIA+ migrant populations everywhere.
